Paradigm Land has successfully gained planning consent to give a new lease of life to the vacant office block that was purchased in August 2015. The Council's approval allows Ashworth House to be transformed into a maximum of 21 flats with a supplementary application to enhance the external areas and create amenity space for future occupants.
Following an extensive and detailed design process, it was decided that 19 flats would be the optimum quantity as anymore would compromise the high-quality product Paradigm Land delivers. Within a 2 month time frame Ashworth House has already gained the required consent for the 19 unit scheme and has been stripped out ready for conversion. The redevelopment will welcome new homes into an area with a strong local economy and a low supply of housing.
